Allen Lomax

Reorganization of Government


Allen Lomax is an independent consultant after retiring from the federal government with 34 years of service. Most of his federal service was with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) where he led studies on such issues as government management, performance measurement, strategic planning, national and community indicator systems, and pandemic influenza. During his tenure at GAO, Allen had temporary staff assignments to the Senate Government Affairs Committee and the House Appropriations Committee. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor's in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration from Northeastern University.
